It's snowing!

We haven't seen much snow these days..... Mama says we live in a ski town but no one seems to want to go skiing this year.  At least it is snowing today... it will cover the grass Daddy says.

Well, before I forget, Merry Christmas!  Okay, I know it was a while ago but it was a wonderful time.  Charly helped me open all of my presents....and she seemed to like my presents more than her own.  That's okay, I don't mind sharing.

I even got to see Uncle Charlie and Auntie Kinsey over the holidays and that was just awesome!

Since then, life is getting back to normal for everyone.... well, is there such a thing as normal for a 5 month old.....

I love to be in my jump-a-roo.....

I already have 2 teeth, so I drool a lot.  Hey, you would too if your teeth hurt this stinkin bad!  But Mama thought it was time for me to start exploring some food.... now that I've got these teeth and all.  It's pretty yummie.  I think sweet potatoes are my favorite.

I have been thinking about crawling a lot these days.  Well, the thing is, there is just so much I want to see and truth be told, I don't always want to go where mama puts me.  I figure, as soon as I can get a round on my own.....watch out... I can go where I like, right?

I learned how to roll over just before Christmas and ever since then I haven't gone back..... I LOVE to sleep on my tummy.  Mama and Daddy always put me down to sleep on my back and then, "flip" I am over on my tummy before they can get out of the room.  It's nice though because I sleep SO much better!

Mama and Daddy are headed on a little trip this weekend.  They said it is like a "date weekend" sounds fun to me.... when do I get to go on a date?  I am pretty excited though because Poppie and Nana are coming over to watch my sister and I for a couple of days and then Grammy is coming all the way from Minnesota to be with us for the rest of the time!  Yippee!!!

I can't wait!

Well, I am off to go stare at the snow falling....my family is right, it is pretty beautiful.

Love,
Maxwell Murphy
