Diaper Change

Momma seems to forget that we grow.  I know that sounds funny, but she said she did the same thing with Charly...... forgot to go up a size in diapers until, well, to put it politely, things don't stay in them anymore!

Whew, these #3's fit way better!  I am 16lbs now.....yep, still gettin bigger and bigger everyday!  I had my 4 month check up and I am in the 75% for both my height and weight.  I have a little trouble with my shots though.... I guess more than my sis did.  I get a fever and have trouble keeping my food down.  Momma is thinkin that maybe she will spread out my shots more and see if it helps make it a little easier on me.

I missed my blog last month, sorry about that!  I think my sister got hers done, but I forgot mine.  Gotta get better at this!

We have had a super busy month.  First we loaded up in the car and went for a super long car ride.  We drove all the way to Papa and DiDi's house in Las Vegas.  It didn't bother me one bit, I just slept the whole time....well, I mean, I did get up to eat every 3 hours or so, play a little and then back to sleep.  I got to see lots of family and it was super exhausting, but totally worth it!

I even went swimming for the first time...... my facial expression never changed..... Momma thought it was pretty funny!

We took our Christmas card photos.....

After our warm week in Vegas, we came home for a week..... we went and got our Christmas tree and put up all of our stockings.  I am not sure which is mine yet, because my sister keeps changing her mind on which one is hers.  Momma better get our names on there soon!

I did a lot of relaxing at home to get ready for our next trip.

A week of rest went by and we were off to MN.  It was my very first airplane ride and I did fabulous....well, not that I know, but that is what Momma and Daddy said!

In MN I got to meet a lot of our cousins and some of our aunts and uncles and Grammy was there too!  Now I know why Charly talks about MN all the time.....it was so much fun!!

Momma had to work a little bit while we were there and Daddy did some work too, but after about a week, we came home.  Momma says it is so hard because there are so many people she wants to see but then we always run out of time!  Maybe we can do another trip soon..... I vote yes!

Now we are home and getting ready for Christmas.  I am not really sure what it is but Momma and Daddy talk a lot about it being someone named Jesus' birthday.  And they all sing lots of fun songs that I have never heard before.  Charly is starting to learn them too!  I can't wait to join in next year!

Beefing up for winter

Yep, you read it right..... I am beefing up for winter!  I have put 5lbs since I was born and I have grown 2 inches.  I am in the 70% for height and weight.  As you can see by my pics....it's mostly bulk!  Momma says it's gonna get cold, so I am doing what I can to fatten up!

Sorry, I had a hard time laying still for that first pic.... I am sure they will get better with time.   Did I tell you that I rolled over for the first time at the doctors office.  I was trying to show off....Momma was pretty excited, she said she was proud!  It was kind of fun actually!

But on to my favorite subject, Charly.  I LOVE my sister.  Last night she came into my room to say good night and I made some noises at her and had a huge smile!  She even did tummy time with me the other day....

Yes, yes, I am losing my hair..... I am not sure what is going to happen.  Momma thinks my hair will stay dark, but Daddy thinks I will be a blondy like my sister.  I don't care, I just want my hair back!

We went pumpkin picking with another family the other day.  All I know is that the whole thing tired me out.  Charly said she would pick me out a great pumpkin, so I fell fast asleep.

Momma said not to worry, next year, I could pick out my own.

Hello World!

Yep, I have a blog too!  Well, Momma says it is a way to keep us a journal of our lives......so she said it was important that I have one too.  At least for the first year of my life.....then maybe big C and I can combine.  That would be fun!  I would be totally into it, but sometimes I don't think she likes me very much.  I mean, I know that she loves me........well, Momma said it can be like that with a brother or sister.....and that we will ALWAYS love each other, sometimes it will just be harder to show it than others.

Enough about her, how about me!?!  Check out my feet!  Momma has tried to take a bunch of pictures of me over the past couple of weeks, and I always make the same face.  She is trying to catch me smiling, but I have eluded her as of yet!  SO I think she gave up and took a picture of my cute feet.

I have had a few visitors as of late..... Papa and DiDi came to visit and so did Nana and Popi.  Next I will have to get to Minnesota to meet the rest of my family!  I can't wait!  Charly talks about flying to Minnesota all the time..... it must be a great place!

I have been doing lots of tummy time, spiting up and pooping.  Oh yea, and I sleep a lot too!  I guess I am a little different than my sister in that I have a witching hour.  I don't think Momma believed in it until she had me.  I like to take great naps all day and then at 6pm I open my eyes and I am AWAKE!  Woohoo!  Last night it was just Momma and Charly and I and after dinner we went for a little walk and I helped to give Charly a bath and read to her before it was my turn to eat.  I can't wait until I am bigger and get to do all the cool things my sister does!  Of course I ate at 7:30 and then Momma put me down to go to sleep, but NOPE, I was ready to roll.   I prefer to go to sleep around 10pm.  It drives Momma nuts, but she is starting to adjust and make the best of it.  Plus, I am so sweet.... how can you resist. :)

Okay, I gotta run, I am hungry!
